The “big picture” continues to get bigger.  As our world becomes more complex and the way forward seems less clear, fear and a sense of personal risk can impede forward motion.  Without connection – to ourselves and to each other – we’re not able to constructively engage with the new possibilities that uncertainty reveals.

The idea is to “greet uncertainty with a sense of

agency in creating our future, an openness to

novelty, the capacity to be creative and innovative

with an appreciation for cultural diversity.”
